  • Principal

    Joaquin is an inspiring coach, consultant, and proven leader. He is passionate about soccer as a past #10 himself. Like in team sports, the team wins as one. He believes everything should point to growth, and the company as a whole is responsible for it, not just sales.

    Joaquin has been in tech for over 20 years and began his high-growth SaaS journey at Zywave (then owned by Vista Equity Partners, one of the best private equity firms in the world). He started as the lone SDR and played an instrumental role in scaling Zywave through various growth stages, from $15 million to nearly $100 million in ARR. Taking this experience scaling a market-leading SaaS firm, he joined an early-stage start-up (Expert Institute) as the first senior executive to professionalize and scale the revenue organization, resulting in over 500% growth and growing headcount from 9 to 50 people.


  • Senior Advisor

    Dave is an inspirational executive, senior advisor, and huge music buff. He understands the speed and intensity at which PE and VC backed investments need to run–investment horizons are five years or less, and with every passing month, companies must move the needles.

    Dave was employee number one at Zywave (then owned by Vista Equity Partners, one of the best private equity firms in the world) from its very beginnings as a startup to its place as the leading provider of solutions for the insurance industry (over 20 years) generating $100 million in ARR. Dave became CEO of Zywave during which it experienced double-digit organic growth on the top line and acquired four businesses. He increased EBITDA margins by over 36% and led the company through two exits that returned $100s of millions of dollars to investors. He then led Agreement Express as CEO and led them to a successful acquisition by NMI. He’s now a Strategic Advisor for IA Capital Group and Elevara Growth.


  • Marketing Advisor

    Samantha is a creative, dreamer, and doer. She believes that customers’ brands should be clear, concise, and beautiful. She loves helping small companies build their brands and think of things in new ways.

    Samantha worked as a technical writing team lead at a leading B2B SaaS leader managing 1000s of pages of documentation. She then pivoted and used her experience there to transition to the marketing world. She worked at Sprout Social and Digital Measures as a content marketing writer. She then decided to pursue a new journey as a marketing consultant after starting a family and now gets to raise her children while helping businesses reach their clients.
